Location, location, location...
This is the part we have a struggle with every year. We really want to improve on what we can offer the Corby community and beyond to make Corby Highland Gathering a fun-filled day for all the family, but always come up against hurdle after hurdle to find more space in Corby that would be suitable (flat) enough for the Pipe Bands and Highland Dancing. And in the end, we stay at Charter Field, which is a lovely location and Corby Old Village always makes us welcome but just isn't big enough for anything else to be added.
So we will persist in trying to find somewhere suitable for everyone and easy to get to. We have to ask ourselves though...what do we compromise?
